Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched in 5 to 7 working days, if no customization is required. With customization it would take 12-14 working days, while we take every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If the requested items or goods are out of stock, we can offer a refund or a replacement of the same (Please refer to the return & refund policy) or we’ll dispatch the item as soon as physical stock is received.
If you prefer not to wait, you can request a refund on unavailable and undelivered items, please email: [email protected] with your order reference number.

Please Note: On some occasions, for example during the public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Foreign transaction fees may apply. This may reflect on your bank account as an additional charge.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Order above AED: 150.00 are free

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging should not be tampered.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Product purchased with Loyalty points
* Personal care items

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel online orders by sending an email to [email protected] If the goods are already dispatched at the time of cancellation no refunds are issued.

Refunds (if applicable)

For refunds, return the relevant products to the designated retail store within 14 days in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item by courier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Requests for exchanges to be returned through courier will include back-and-forth courier fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
